Privacy notice
Privacy for the founding waitlist.
This notice explains how PostAm handles the information collected through this pre-launch site and founding waitlist.
Controller and contact
PostAm is the controller for personal data collected through this site. For privacy requests or questions, email privacy@postam.ai.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address. Audience type and country are required to complete the waitlist qualification. Your name, social platforms, team size and social-media challenge are optional. We use this information to operate the waitlist, understand launch interest, communicate launch and product updates when you opt in, prevent abuse and measure referral and campaign attribution.
Consent, retention and security
Our lawful basis for sending launch and product emails is your consent. Marketing consent is a clear, affirmative opt-in and is required before a waitlist record is completed. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. We delete unconsented pending waitlist records after seven days. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including short-lived 24-hour waitlist sessions and short rate-limit buckets. We do not sell personal data and do not store raw IP addresses for this site.
Privacy-minimised measurement and providers
We use first-party page-view events to understand which site paths are visited. These events contain only an allowlisted event name and the page path: no cookies, persistent identifiers, email address, name, free-text response, IP address, raw user-agent string, query string or URL fragment. We may use service-provider categories such as hosting, database, email delivery and security providers to operate the site. They process data only as needed to provide their services.
International processing and your rights
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to information, access, correction, objection, portability, erasure and consent withdrawal, as well as the right to complain to the relevant data-protection regulator. To exercise rights, contact privacy@postam.ai.
